Our mountain bike / E-bike courses, led by the expert instructor Vittorio Gambirasio—former Italian champion in MTB, enduro, and super enduro—offer a unique opportunity to improve your cycling skills amidst the picturesque landscape of the Chieri hills. The activities are structured over 4 intense days, during which participants will ride on carefully selected roads and trails to ensure a safe and stimulating experience.


To ensure effective and personalised learning, participants are divided into groups of 5-8 people based on their skill level.

The categories are as follows:

  • Basic level: for those who are beginners and wish to learn the fundamental techniques of mountain biking.
  • Intermediate level: for those with some experience who want to refine their technical skills.
  • Advanced level: for those who are already experts and wish to further enhance their performance.

The mountain bike / E-bike courses are repeated several times throughout the year, providing the opportunity to continuously progress and enjoy the Turin hills in different seasons. Each session is designed to combine technical training, fun, and respect for the environment, ensuring a comprehensive and mindful sporting growth.

BASIC LEVEL

  • Bike setup (levers, handlebars, saddle)
  • Suspension settings
  • Bike positioning (arms, hands, shoulders, back, legs, and feet)
  • Basic warm-up and stretching techniques
  • Tips on how to optimise training
  • General cornering technique
  • Basic jumping techniques
  • Basic technique for climbing with obstacles

  • Descents, alternating each participant to consolidate the day's aspects

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

  • Information on how to set up the bike according to the type of terrain
  • Technique for parabolic turns

ADVANCED LEVEL
